Requirements for Practicing the Konoha Dragon God

As soon as the words left his mouth, Naruto's body began to spin rapidly, instantly forming a massive tornado that pulled in the surrounding gravel and debris with its powerful suction.

Barely a moment after the tornado formed, it began to subtly shift into the shape of a wind dragon.

(Konoha Dragon God belongs to Nintaijutsu; this is my own headcanon modification, though it is based on logic.

One must know that even when Might Guy performs Night Guy, the wind generated by the sheer force of his taijutsu only creates a massive shockwave. It can blow people away, pin them down so they cannot rise, and make it impossible to open their eyes, but it does not have the effect of turning the wind into blades to slice the enemy.

Rock Lee was once cut by the wind generated around the Konoha Dragon God technique, and that chakra as sharp as a blade is precisely the characteristic of Wind Chakra.)

"It is fortunate that your constitution is special; otherwise, the result of failing to perform Konoha Dragon God is usually being severely injured by the backlash of such immense power, or even being sliced into shreds!"
