David had grown accustomed to the way level-five Temple Knights sampled food. Energy avatars were incapable of eating.

"Arthur, although this Warmheart Lotus Seed Soup lacks the plain water from last time, why does it feel as though it tastes even better?" Lord Gould asked with a smile.

David knew that the plain water he meant was water infused with indestructible vitality. This time, he had not added indestructible vitality, so in certain respects it naturally could not compare with the fifty servings of Warmheart Lotus Seed Soup from before.

However, his spirit had reached level five. Enhanced by a level-five spirit, his Cooking Grandmaster ability far surpassed that of an ordinary Cooking Grandmaster. In fact, if there were another rank above Cooking Grandmaster, his culinary skill could be placed at that rank.

Thus, even without indestructible vitality added, the Warmheart Lotus Seed Soup still earned Lord Gould's praise.
