"Who did it?" This was not only the question Armand, the Level 5 Temple Knight, was asking himself; Anselm, the Level 5 Temple Knight who had just returned, was asking the same question.
Lord Karger, seated in the family castle, was asking himself the same question as he held a stack of intelligence reports that had just been delivered.

How could Duke Arthur have had the time to attend the banquet while also going off to kill Job, the Level 5 Temple Knight? As the host, he could not have left at all.

"Master, what standard should the gift be?" the steward asked hesitantly.

"Use the standard for top-tier nobility," Lord Karger said after some thought. Then, feeling that this was still insufficient to convey his intentions, he added, "Make it double."
