Revival

When a Level 5 mentalist stored a portion of their soul within a Level 5 soul origin and turned it into primal consciousness, it was not something only Level 5 bishops did. Level 5 priests did the same.

However, their purposes differed. Level 5 bishops were enemies of the entire God's Great World. No matter how powerful they were, their lives could be in danger at any moment. This method gave them a chance at revival.

Level 5 priests, on the other hand, did it so that their Level 5 soul origins could return to their gods carrying their soul consciousness. That allowed them to return to their gods with greater strength and receive more attention from them.

David knew none of this. He only knew that there was residual consciousness within Geshwin's Level 5 soul origin, and for the moment, he did not know how to remove it.

This was his Soul Space. Destroying the Level 5 soul origin would have been easy, but separating out the residual consciousness required an extremely delicate technique. The abilities he had mastered were far from sufficient.

He did not want to destroy this Level 5 soul origin. Even if he did not use it to revive Geshwin, it could still grant him another soul avatar.

Just as David stared at the wildly struggling figure, unable to decide what to do, the two crystals above the Soul Space lit up. Their light shot directly toward Geshwin's figure atop the Level 5 soul origin.

Geshwin's struggling abruptly stopped. Then, his features slowly vanished, leaving behind only a blank face that looked exceedingly eerie.

The Level 5 soul origin was guided among the ninety-six Level 5 soul origins. Faint golden light linked those ninety-six Level 5 soul origins with Geshwin's Level 5 soul origin.
