The [Golden Treasure Chest] was second in rarity only to the scarce [Platinum Treasure Chest].

Its value went without saying, and it was far rarer than the [Silver Treasure Chest].

The vast majority of lords had not even seen a [Golden Treasure Chest] since arriving here.

Strictly speaking, most lords had probably not opened many [Silver Treasure Chests] either. At most, they had opened challenge rewards equivalent to silver-grade treasure chests.

This was by no means an exaggeration.

The initial number of lords had been enormous, and there had always been vast differences in strength between them.

The number of [Silver Treasure Chests] was not actually that small, but there were nowhere near enough for everyone to get one.

A large Ruins typically contained only five to ten [Silver Treasure Chests], but the difficulty of exploring large Ruins went without saying. Either powerful monsters lurked within, or the conditions for opening them were quite demanding.

The [Silver Treasure Chests] in small and medium-sized Ruins were pitifully few.

The most numerous and common treasure chests were still the [Black Iron] and [Bronze] varieties.

Most lords were unable to clear Ruins solo and basically needed to form teams.

So after obtaining treasure chests, they still had to divide them up again. Thus, treasure chests from silver grade upward were rare treasures for the vast majority of lords.

But things were different for Zong Shen.

As the saying went, comparisons could kill with envy.

As for Zong, he had become so extravagant that he used [Black Iron Treasure Chests] and [Bronze Treasure Chests] as Shield Walls and shield carts. Even [Silver Treasure Chests] no longer caught much of his attention.

It was not that he could completely disregard rare-grade items.

It was simply that rare-grade items could no longer give him much anticipation.
