According to the Strategy Module's assessment, Fel Entities were classified as monsters, so no detailed base attributes were provided. This also proved that they differed from Greater Demons and Dark Orc commanders.
After reviewing the Fel Entity's attributes, Zong Shen had a pretty clear idea of what he was dealing with.
This [Fel Devourer · Old Wounder] was not particularly formidable.
At the very least, it still fell somewhat short of Greater Demon Artorius, Magtheridon's avatar, Blackwater Sword Saint Firelick Carlrig, and Blackvein Clan Chief Mogeluo Ga Blackvein.
Its greatest distinguishing feature was not its seemingly bizarre attack methods, but its potential for growth.
If Zong Shen continued to let it scavenge throughout this challenge field, this thing would probably grow into something terrifying in the end. After all, its passive skill specifically described its devouring ability—[Infinite Devour]. That ability alone was enough to demonstrate its potential.
Moreover, Old Wounder's devouring took both flesh and souls. It was not picky about its food, nor did it only absorb lingering souls like Soul Glutton Magtheridon. In theory, its growth potential was even greater than Magtheridon's.
However, due to the special nature of this challenge, [Fel Devourer · Old Wounder] could not simply storm into the Dark Orc camps and massacre them. It could only lurk for opportunities and attack isolated Dark Orcs.
The place best suited for it to hunt and devour was actually Zong Shen's territory.
Unfortunately, the defenses there were even tighter, with the shield deployed by the [Red Gold Barrier Pillar] providing comprehensive protection. That Magic Energy Shield had no blind spots; anyone wishing to enter had to first break through the barrier.
Other than that, only rare high-tier abilities such as [Energy Assimilation] or [Magic Energy Mimicry] could enter the barrier through non-aggressive means.
With restrictions everywhere,
