The Water Elemental Plane, one of the seven great elemental planes of the Magic Universe, is a paradise for countless lives who cultivate the Laws and Profound Mysteries of the water element.

The entire plane is composed of vast oceans, with every sea area consisting of countless small islands. The Water Elemental Plane is distributed across five continents and one massive sea, the core of which is the Cangming Sea located at the center of the plane.

At the heart of the Cangming Sea, a colossal tower exceeding a million meters in height pierces the clouds. The Cangming Tower is icy blue throughout, its surface etched with a multitude of white patterns that emanate a powerful aura.

Within a radius of ten thousand miles around the Cangming Tower, a layer of pale blue mist swirls; even a Highgod who intrudes without authorization would be frozen into an ice sculpture, which is why it is also known as the Forbidden Land of Water.

At this moment, atop the Cangming Tower, inside a palace radiating a deep blue halo, a blue-robed youth with short black hair and sharp, star-like brows sits upon a throne with his eyes tightly shut.

"Lord Hope, Palhouse requests an audience!"

As a person from the Blue Star, Hope had arrived in this universe very early. At that time, the universe only had a few Material Planes, and the Supreme Gods had not yet created the Higher Planes. Hope was the earliest life born in the Qingya Plane, and could even be considered one of the oldest lives in the Coiling Dragon Universe, existing even longer than the Sovereign of Destruction, Utrade, or the Sovereign of Death, Thanatos.

After the Higher Planes were created, Hope cultivated a Water Divine Clone and roamed the four Higher Planes.
