• Mu Xuanheng awakened Chaofeng and the Contract Martial Soul, and Mu En and Xuan Zi concealed his true abilities while guiding his training.
• Mu Xuanheng killed a Dark Gold Dreadclaw Bear, gained its Soul Ring and External Soul Bone, and later survived an encounter with Evil Soul Masters before revealing a second Soul Ring.

Mu Xuanheng and Gu Yuena fought alongside Shrek at the Soul Fighting Tournament, revealed a powerful Martial Soul Fusion Skill, and helped Shrek defeat the Sun Moon team. They returned to Shrek with the Hongchen Siblings, where the group received its rewards and learned what the lifelong Shrek Seven Monsters title entailed.

• Yan Shaozhe brought Mu Xuanheng to meet the senior students, and Mu Xuanheng helped Dai Yueheng’s team win their match against Ma Xiaotao’s team by revealing his Ultimate Ice.
• Mu En accepted Huo Yuhao as his disciple after identifying the Million-Year Soul Ring’s skills, while Gu Yuena showed Mu Xuanheng her Battle Armor plans and told him she had a younger sister.
• Mu Xuanheng and Gu Yuena made Battle Armor, then demonstrated their strength in the seniors’ battles, including defeating all twelve opponents together.
• Xuan Zi led Shrek’s team to confront the Hand of Death, where Mu Xuanheng and Gu Yuena fought Yuan Ying and a wraith empowered by Ten Thousand Soul Douluo.

Mu Xuanheng strengthened his bonds with Gu Yuena and Qiu'er, battled the Holy Spirit Cult, and began turning the Undead Plane into a refuge where humans and soul beasts could grow together. The arc ended with Zhongli Wu escaping after Mu Xuanheng and his allies stopped his assault near East Sun City.

• Mu En recovered with Electrolux’s help, while Mu Xuanheng drove off Du Busi and arranged for Huo Yuhao and Body Sect disciples to train through an exchange with Shrek.
• Mu Xuanheng visited Gu Yuena’s family and brought Gu Yueqiu'er to Shrek, where she enrolled and began cultivating alongside them.
• Electrolux took Mu Xuanheng as his disciple and tasked him with transforming the Undead Demiplane into a true plane.
• Mu Xuanheng suppressed Ma Xiaotao’s evil fire, then tested his soul skills and used Disaster-Fortune Reversal to turn her chill into Ultimate Fire.

Mu Xuanheng fought the Holy Spirit Cult, strengthened his bonds with Gu Yuena and the other women, and helped turn the tide of the war. After Gu Yuena agreed to stand with him, they established the Soul Contract Pavilion to create a future for soul beasts, while the Holy Spirit Cult prepared to summon the Holy Emperor.

• Xu Tianran seized the Sun Moon Empire’s throne as its forces invaded, and Shrek sent aid to the Heaven Dou Empire while Mu Xuanheng completed his Battle Armor with Gu Yuena.
• Mu Xuanheng reached Heaven Dou City, killed Tang Ya, and fought off the Holy Spirit Cult’s forces alongside Gu Yuena, Snow Empress, Ice Empress, and Liya.
• Jing Hongchen joined Mu Xuanheng and Gu Yuena, while Mu Xuanheng and his companions moved the Earth Dragon Sect’s ice treasures to the demi-plane.
• Snow Empress named A Tai her successor, and Xiao Bai sacrificed himself through a Spirit Contract to give Mu Xuanheng a soul bone and greater Soul Power.
