Background / History

Ye Han originally intended to remain inconspicuous until he became a god. After reaching Level 91, however, the Faith Power he collected no longer advanced his cultivation, forcing him to search for another path forward as the Sky Screen began exposing Chang'an City. 1

As Chang'an's City Lord, Ye Han used the Ark Core to create a container capable of relocating the Ice and Fire Yin-Yang Well. After Sikong Zhen retrieved the well and the Dual Dragon King Remains, Ye Han approved using part of its spring water to temper Sikong Zhen's martial soul and the remainder to reproduce the well within Chang'an. 14 35

Sky Screen rewards rapidly increased both his personal strength and Chang'an's military resources. After his Ark Core rings became million-year rings, he distributed five 100,000-year soul bones to the Great Wall Guard, gave Tribulation Transcendence Pills to the Blue and Red Golems, and entrusted Shangguan Wan'er with allocating the remaining benefits. 40

Ye Han expanded Chang'an by exchanging aid for allegiance. Dugu Bo, Dugu Yan, and Ye Lingling joined in pursuit of the Ultimate Graceful Healing; Lan Fozi and Bai Xiuxiu accepted Immortal Herbs under the same condition; and Xiao Bai became Ye Han's foster son in exchange for a Tribulation Transcendence Pill and Octagonal Divine Ice Grass. The Martial Soul Quality Ranking revealed Ye Han as the owner of three Supreme Creation Grade Martial Souls, prompting major factions to seek his favor. During his later seclusion, Ye Han used the divine power within the Heart of the Sea God and Asura Demon Sword to accelerate his god-position condensation.
