"Damn it, didn't I tell you to lie face down?"
Not long after, a terrified yet stern rebuke rang out from the operating room. "You... when did you turn over?!"
"What?"
The sounds in the operating room grew increasingly chaotic: the incredulous screams of a man, the panicked sobbing of a woman, and, of course, the attending physician's furious roar. The once-silent hospital corridor had become a complete mess.
"Is... is this really the best hospital around here?"
Hearing all that chaos, Joseph broke out in a cold sweat.

Just as he was thinking that, the operating room doors opened. The gaunt elderly doctor emerged with a dark expression.
"There was a minor problem during the surgery just now, so the patient and family are a little emotionally unstable."
The old doctor pretended to remain calm. "But it's nothing serious. I have another temporary operating room here. Let's cut out your hemorrhoids first. Oh, right—when you lie face down on the operating table later, don't you dare turn over."
As he said this, the gaunt old doctor pulled out a razor blade from his pocket.
"Wait..."
Joseph's expression immediately changed. "What's with that blade? That's supposed to be a shaving blade, isn't it?"
"This is a Happy-brand blade."
The gaunt old doctor casually wiped the blade twice with an alcohol swab. "It may look a little old, but it's imported. If I use this for the surgery, I guarantee you won't feel any pain..."
"Uh."
Joseph instantly began sweating profusely. "Doctor, I feel like I've recovered."
"You really know how to joke."
However, the doctor refused to buy it. He grabbed Joseph and pressed him toward the nearby gurney. "Just lie face down first. I'll push you into the operating room and give you a little cut. That's all."
