"Something's wrong, Fang Mo!"
Just as Fang Mo and Little Ann were chatting, a hurried knock suddenly came from outside the door. "Polnareff and Hol Horse have gone missing!!!"
"Uh... huh?"
Little Ann, who had not slept all night, jumped at the sudden knocking and instinctively looked at Fang Mo. "M-Master?"
"What's that old bastard freaking out about so early in the morning?"
Fang Mo recognized Joseph's voice pounding on the door outside. He rubbed his temples wearily. "Little Ann, go open the door and let this Living Father come in and talk."
"Yes, Master."
Little Ann nodded reflexively, then jumped out of bed and opened the door.
"Fang Mo, there's a problem!"
Sure enough, Joseph was standing outside. He hurried into the room. "It seems our judgment was wrong. There isn't just one hostile Stand User in this city—Mariah!"
"Is that so?"
Fang Mo had indeed forgotten these details. He slowly got out of bed. "So what exactly happened?"
"I went to look for Polnareff this morning, but he wasn't in his room."
Joseph immediately explained, "Then I went to check on everyone else. Avdol and Jotaro were fine, but Hol Horse had disappeared too. I suspect they were attacked by a Stand User, so I came to ask you."
"How the hell would I know..."
Fang Mo stretched lazily. "Maybe they just had diarrhea and went to the bathroom?"
"I thought of that."
Joseph immediately added, "Considering Polnareff's personality, I specifically warned him not to act alone lately. So I thought he'd dragged Hol Horse along to the bathroom with him."
"And?"
Fang Mo glanced at him. "Those two Living Fathers weren't in the bathroom?"
"They'd been there, at least."
Joseph's expression grew faintly grim. "But that's the real reason I came to find you. After discovering they
