In the previous chapter, I wrote some plot points from the original work. I saw some comments saying it was a bit drawn out, so I wanted to explain.
How should I put this? If I didn't include plot from the original work... it's not that I couldn't write it, but considering some readers who like MC but aren't familiar with Marvel, I really couldn't help but include a bit of the original story.
Because there are some scenes that I, as the author, felt were depicted quite well in the original work, making it easier for readers who aren't familiar with Marvel but love MC to understand the Marvel characters.
To keep the text concise, I actually downloaded the movies I needed to write about, watched them multiple times on repeat, and spent a long time observing every action, detail, and subtitle. The Marvel series alone is over 600GB. I tried my best to portray them using the shortest possible text.
Please forgive me, I'm truly a novice. My writing skills might not be strong enough yet to express all my thoughts in just a few sentences. I did my best...
After all, the protagonist is currently in Marvel, which most of you are more familiar with. But this is a story about MC traversing through various worlds. Later on, when I write about some more obscure games or movies, like the Eye War, the Sea War, the Soul War, the Ring War, the Stand-in War, the Food War, the Blade War, One-Punch, Dragon Ball, Chainsaw Man, Tokyo Ghoul, DC, the MonsterVerse, and so on...
In short, if you've read this far, you're definitely an MC player who loves the game.
But there might be some works you haven't actually seen, and there will be times when you can't understand the plot. I genuinely want to write a good story about an MC player traveling through different worlds, not just blindly indulging in wish fulfillment or focusing on trivial pleasures. Otherwise, the readers who understand will be happy, thinking "Wow, the protagonist is invincible and so powerful..." But the readers who don't understand will naturally get frustrated, saying "What the heck is this? I don't understand, man, I'm out."
As the author, I can only ask for your mutual understanding. I will do my best to find ways to simplify the text.
Actually, in the last chapter, I knew I had borrowed some of the fight scenes from the original work, so I specifically added over eight hundred words as compensation. I'm truly sorry. Perhaps the compensation was too little. If similar situations arise in the future, I will also find ways to compensate you all more.
My sincere apologies. Oh, right, if anyone knows of any good MC novels, please recommend them in the comments section. I'd like to see how other great masters write and learn from them.
Thank you to all the readers who give me votes, rewards, comments, and help me proofread for typos.
