In Spirit City, Su Wen summoned and named the powerful Ghost Bride Red Fate, then used his First Soul Skill to revive the Snow Demon before Hu Liena and the others arrived.

• Tang San realized the plants in Dugu Bo’s garden were recent poisonous plants, not Immortal Herbs, and suspected that Spirit Hall’s Holy Son had obtained the herbs.
• Tang San persuaded Tang Hao to take him to the Blue Silver Forest so he could awaken his Blue Silver Emperor Martial Soul early and reclaim the Eight Spider Lances.
• Su Wen opened his red Oil-paper Umbrella and summoned six Ghost Brides, including one whose Martial Soul and skills connected to the Underworld.
• Su Wen named the Ghost Bride Red Fate, then laid out the Snow Demon and told Bibi Dong he had promised to revive her.

Su Wen’s growing Spirit Skills prompted Bibi Dong to test their limits, while Tang San failed to contact the Blue Silver King and set out with Tang Hao to obtain the Vast Sea Cosmic Shroud. Tang Hao learned the Shroud had already been given away, and realized Spirit Hall’s Peerless Douluo had also sought it.

• Hu Liena and Ye Lingling asked about Snow Demon, and Su Wen explained her situation before Bibi Dong called for female Spirit Beasts to test his Spirit Skills.
• Tang San could not sense the Blue Silver King in the Blue Silver Forest, and Tang Hao’s attempt to draw it out failed.
• Tang San told Tang Hao that the Vast Sea Cosmic Shroud could lead to the Sea God’s Nine Trials, so they flew to the Heaven Dou Empire to claim it.
• Tang Hao offered Xue Ye three favors in exchange for the Vast Sea Cosmic Shroud.

Tang Hao failed to retrieve the Vast Sea Cosmic Shroud, leaving Tang San wary that someone else might know the future. At Spirit Hall, Su Wen discovered that his Underworld Marriage Spirit Skill required the Ghost Emperor Bride’s approval, and he then went out to celebrate with his companions.

• Xue Qinghe told Tang Hao that a Peerless Douluo likely had the Vast Sea Cosmic Shroud, and Tang Hao left after Emperor Xue Ye offered compensation.
• Tang Hao told Tang San what had happened, and Tang San feared another reborn person was altering events.
• Bibi Dong asked Su Wen to test whether he could make more contracts with the corpses of Spirit Beasts.
• Su Wen’s first attempts failed, but he learned that the Ghost Emperor Bride had to approve a target and that the Spirit Beasts did not meet the requirements.

Su Wen celebrated Yan’s admission to the Golden Class, then discovered that his new wife, Snow Demon, could summon the Ice God’s phantom. A mysterious purple-black aura intensified Su Wen’s desire, and he swept Snow Demon into his arms.

• Su Wen joined Yan, Hu Liena, Ye Lingling, and the others for a meal after Yan entered the Golden Class.
• Su Wen spotted a woman surrounded by dark, resentful energy, but she disappeared before he could investigate.
• Hu Liena showed Su Wen her notebook, where she had repeatedly written that she was loyal to him.

Su Wen encountered the Rakshasa God in a strange dimension, where she offered him the chance to inherit her Godhood in place of Bibi Dong. He refused twice to protect his teacher, woke beside the Snow Demon, and went to discuss the threat with Bibi Dong.

• Su Wen woke in a dark pocket dimension and met the Rakshasa God, who offered him the Nine Trials of Rakshasa in exchange for sacrificing someone with an angel Martial Soul.
• Su Wen refused the offer because he did not want to take Bibi Dong's Godhood, and the Rakshasa God warned she would return in seven days.
• Su Wen woke beside the Snow Demon, who called him her husband, and decided to tell Bibi Dong about the Rakshasa God.
• Su Wen left Holy Son Hall and found Bibi Dong waiting on the roof of the Pope's Bedchamber.

Bibi Dong learned that the Rakshasa God had chosen Su Wen for the Nine Trials of Rakshasa and warned him that refusing would be difficult. After sharing an intimate night with Su Wen, Bibi Dong saw purple-black light flicker in the mirror and heard a woman’s eerie voice call her name.

• Bibi Dong smelled another woman on Su Wen, then heard that the Rakshasa God had offered him the Nine Trials of Rakshasa.
• Su Wen told Bibi Dong he did not want the Rakshasa God's divine position and suggested Aunt Ye's Fire God might be an alternative.
• Bibi Dong said the Rakshasa God would return in seven days and advised Su Wen to delay the trial while she tried to persuade the god to back down.
• Su Wen and Bibi Dong kissed and spent the night together before falling asleep.
• Bibi Dong got dressed after slipping away from Su Wen, then ignored a purple-black apparition in the mirror as an eerie voice called her name.

Bibi Dong learned that the Rakshasa God had taken an interest in Su Wen and warned that she would have to find a way to protect him from the trials. Su Wen accepted the possibility of becoming the Rakshasa God, then went to Elder Hall, where Ghost Douluo broke through to level 96 and declined an invitation to join the Worship Hall.

• Bibi Dong confronted the Rakshasa God, who said she wanted to interact with Su Wen and would be gentle with him.
• Bibi Dong told Su Wen to go along with the Rakshasa God for now and promised to find a way around her demand that he sacrifice his Angel Martial Soul.

• Sky Dream Ice Silkworm was ignored as the elders congratulated Ghost Douluo, while Su Wen took Ye Yuan'er aside and told her about the Rakshasa God.
• Su Wen revealed his red sixth Soul Ring, astonishing Ye Yuan'er and the elders in the hall.
• Ye Yuan'er took Su Wen back to her room, where he recounted his encounters with powerful Spirit Beasts and she scolded him for risking his life.

Bibi Dong prepared to hand Su Wen an Angel Martial Soul owner for the Rakshasa God’s trial, leaving him uneasy about the sacrifice.

• Rakshasa brought Bibi Dong and Su Wen into her secret realm and demanded that Su Wen kill Qian Xi'er and eat her heart in exchange for the Nine Trials of Rakshasa.
• A white beam removed Su Wen from the secret realm and brought him before the Goddess of Kindness, who revealed that she had been watching him and explained the Divine Realm's succession rules.
• The Goddess of Kindness told Su Wen that she and the God King of Evil had wagered over whether his dark Martial Soul would corrupt him, and said she had chosen him as her successor.
• Su Wen accepted the Goddess of Kindness's offer of a God-Bestowed Martial Soul despite his dark attributes.

Su Wen awakened in Bibi Dong’s bedchamber after the Goddess of Kindness chose him as her inheritor and granted him a Second Martial Soul. Bibi Dong received the God of Evil’s inheritance, while the Rakshasa God failed to claim Su Wen and was forbidden from interfering with him.

• Su Wen woke beside Bibi Dong and learned that the Rakshasa God had disappeared after he was taken away.
• Bibi Dong revealed that the God of Evil had given her the Nine Trials of Evil, and that her Rakshasa trials had ended.
• Su Wen showed Bibi Dong his Goddess of Kindness Martial Soul and described its powerful domain; Bibi Dong warned him to keep it secret and delay adding Spirit Rings until he became a Titled Douluo.
• The Rakshasa God confronted the Goddess of Kindness and proposed sharing Su Wen as an inheritor.

The woman swallowed her pride and left after deciding she could do nothing about the Goddess of Kindness. The Goddess of Kindness then considered whether to remove his original Martial Soul because it seemed dangerous.
