Su Wen left Spirit Hall to investigate Tang San’s path, brought Xiao Wu into his plans, and became embroiled in clashes with the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan and Qian Renxue. He returned to Spirit Hall with new Soul Core research, while Bibi Dong drew him deeper into her daily life.

• Dugu Yan’s rise in potential put her beside Su Wen and Hu Liena, while Bibi Dong sent Hu Liena away and questioned Su Wen about their plans.
• After Bi Ji arrived to negotiate with Bibi Dong, Su Wen accepted her as his maid, but Bibi Dong later refused his request to leave Spirit City until she allowed him to go investigate a hundred-thousand-year soul beast.
• Su Wen watched Tang San begin his studies at Notting Academy, then arranged for Ah Rou to reunite with Xiao Wu and persuaded Xiao Wu to infiltrate Tang San’s life and help defeat him.
• Xiao Wu joined Dorm Seven, defeated Tang San for its leader’s position, and rejected Yu Xiaogang’s offer to become his disciple.
• Su Wen’s group traveled to Heaven Dou City, where Tian Yue injured Yu Tianheng and Ye Yuan'er defeated Yu Yuanzhen after he demanded Tian Yue be handed over.
• Su Wen rejected Ning Fengzhi’s explanation for the conflict, accepted Xue Qinghe’s million-gold-coin compensation, and defeated Qian Renxue in a wager without learning her identity.
• Back at Spirit Hall, Su Wen presented Bibi Dong with a Soul Core guide, received a storage belt and cultivation methods, and gave gifts to Hu Liena, Dugu Yan, and Ye Lingling.
• Bibi Dong summoned Su Wen after hearing about his gifts, served him specially medicated milk, and began giving him warm milk before their daily cultivation sessions.

Su Wen gained the Dark Demon Evil God Tiger and the Ice and Fire Dragon Kings as Underworld Marriage partners while growing closer to Bibi Dong. After a tense visit to Heaven Dou City and a rejected marriage proposal, Bibi Dong prepared to confront the Star Dou Forest’s Ferocious Beasts, while Su Wen began suspecting Tang San had been reborn.

• Bi Ji brought Su Wen and Bibi Dong to meet the Dark Demon Evil God Tiger, which agreed to become Su Wen’s Spirit Ring once he reached level fifty, and Ye Yuan’er later broke through to level 96.
• Su Wen sacrificed the Dark Demon Evil God Tiger for his fifth Spirit Ring, gained an External Soul Bone, and learned that his new skill created deadly wedding and funeral processions.
• Su Wen named the tiger A Xie and tested her against Hongyi, a Ghost Bride he released from his red umbrella, before affirming that he considered the Ghost Brides his brides.
• Bibi Dong accompanied Su Wen to the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well, where he used Underworld Marriage to bind the Fire Dragon King and Ice Dragon King as his partners.
• Su Wen and Bibi Dong traveled to Heaven Dou City, where Bibi Dong knocked Xue Beng unconscious after he provoked them, and Prince Xue Xing later brought the Fourth Prince to apologize.
• Xue Qinghe proposed that Su Wen marry Princess Xue Ke to strengthen ties between Heaven Dou and Spirit Hall, but Bibi Dong postponed the proposal and Su Wen offered to become engaged to Xue Ke for political influence.
• Back in Spirit City, Bibi Dong prepared Spirit Hall forces for the Ferocious Beasts of the Star Dou Forest, while Su Wen gave Dugu Bo a Soul Core method and introduced the two Dragon Kings to his companions.
• Bi Ji gave Su Wen a letter from Xiao Wu about Tang San’s inventions and hidden weapons, leading Su Wen to suspect that Tang San had been reborn with knowledge of the future.

Su Wen negotiated with the Silver Dragon King and linked the Emperor Auspicious Beast’s fate to his own before returning to Spirit Hall. He then killed three Soul Douluo in Heaven Dou City and entered the palace to face Xue Ye, Ning Fengzhi, Sword Douluo, and Dugu Bo.

• Bibi Dong recalled Spirit Hall’s Soul Masters as Su Wen met Dugu Yan, visited Qiangu Jue and Nangong Yu, and discussed sharing Soul Core methods with the Elder Hall.
• Su Wen, Bibi Dong, and Ye Yuan'er entered the Star Dou Forest, where Di Tian led them to the Silver Dragon King and Su Wen persuaded her to support his plan.
• The Fire Dragon King linked the Emperor Auspicious Beast’s fate with Su Wen’s, and Bi Ji accompanied Su Wen and the others back through Di Tian’s spatial passage.
• Bibi Dong ordered Su Wen to kill sixteen Soul Masters who had taken Spirit Hall’s resources and sided with other powers, while Ye Yuan'er received the Fire God's Nine Trials after taking an Immortal Herb.
• Bo Saixi killed Xue Beng in Heaven Dou City, and Su Wen refused Qian Renxue’s warning not to target Meng Shenji, Bai Baoshan, and Zhilin.
• Su Wen and A Xie killed Bai Baoshan, Meng Shenji, and Zhilin at the Royal Academy, while their battle wrecked buildings across the grounds.
• Su Wen refused Xue Qinghe’s demand to explain the deaths, killed dozens of Royal Knights, and agreed to meet Emperor Xue Ye the next morning.
• Su Wen arrived at the palace with Chrysanthemum Douluo, Lingyuan Douluo, and Bi Ji, where Xue Ye, Ning Fengzhi, Sword Douluo, and Dugu Bo awaited him.

Su Wen obtained the Vast Sea Cosmic Shroud, drawing Bo Saixi into a tense dispute with Spirit Hall, while Bibi Dong secured the right to keep it. Bibi Dong then hunted a hundred-thousand-year Ice Jade Scorpion in the Far North, where she and Su Wen discovered the Sky Dream Ice Silkworm and a trove of Myriad-Year Profound Ice Marrow.

• Su Wen took the Vast Sea Cosmic Shroud from Emperor Xue Ye, but Bo Saixi confronted him and pursued him after he refused to return it.
• Su Wen returned to Spirit Hall, where Bibi Dong examined the shroud and learned it might lead to the Sea God's legacy, while Zi Ji joined Su Wen and Bi Ji as a guard.
• Bibi Dong and Qian Daoliu failed to agree on an exchange for the shroud, and Bo Saixi later offered Bibi Dong treasure and a favor before leaving without taking it.
• A year and a half later, Bibi Dong brought Su Wen to the Far North to hunt a hundred-thousand-year Soul Beast, and they grew closer while traveling through the region.
• Bibi Dong, Su Wen, Chrysanthemum Douluo, Ghost Douluo, and Sea Turtle Douluo fought and killed a hundred-thousand-year Ice Jade Scorpion, and Bibi Dong absorbed its red Spirit Ring.
• Su Wen found a hundred-thousand-year left arm Spirit Bone on the Ice Jade Scorpion, while Bibi Dong emerged from absorption with five black and four red Spirit Rings.
