Group Customer Service: "That's more than one question! But since this is your first time using the customer service feature as group owner, I'll answer all of them for free."
At this, Qian Xunji pursed his lips.
Tsk. I should've asked a few more.
Perhaps he could try the same trick next time?
As if it had read his mind, Group Customer Service promptly crushed that little dream.
Group Customer Service: "But this is a one-time offer. If you try it again, I'll activate paid mode immediately."
Tsk. It seemed the service wasn't easy to fool, but Qian Xunji wasn't ready to give up.
Next time, he could simply bundle multiple questions together into one. It was just a matter of phrasing.

"Predetermined futures?"
At those words, Qian Xunji furrowed his brow slightly.
The idea of a predetermined future seemed rather unreliable!
After all, both the Smiling Proud Wanderer World and the Douluo World had countless parallel worlds, each with different versions. How could their futures possibly be predetermined?
Not to mention the Type-Moon World, where even a slight change to the course of events could cause a world to be pruned and become a Lostbelt!
As if it had sensed Qian Xunji's confusion, Group Customer Service spoke again.

Group Customer Service: "Different histories naturally lead to different developments. With so many worlds and so many possible histories, who can say that these parallel worlds are the same as the one you live in?"
Group Customer Service: "If you want to be strict about it, then even the Smiling Proud Wanderer World where Yue Buqun and Dongfang Bai live, the Myth world where Gao Yao lives, and the Shrouding the Heavens World where Ruthless Great Emperor lives—all of which share Earth's history and myths—could be considered parallel worlds of your own."
Group Customer Service: "Though these parallel worlds are connected to one another by countless threads, from the moment they came into being, the will of each world fixed the course of its history. Only information from another world can break that fixed pattern."
Qian Xunji rubbed his chin and nodded thoughtfully.
Thinking it over, that did make sense.
For example, plenty of fictional worlds had their own anime. So which one was the fictional world?
Or, if he was reading an adult comic and the characters in it were also reading an adult comic, then which of them was two-dimensional?
The connections between the second dimension, the third dimension, parallel worlds, and other worlds were simply too tangled to distinguish so neatly!
"Then can the members' powers adapt to one another's worlds? Or do they need to be converted manually?"
After pondering for a moment, Qian Xunji decided to leave that topic aside and ask the next question—the one he most wanted answered.
This concerned whether he would need to change his cultivation path in the future, so he had to ask.
In fact, if Group Customer Service had refused to answer the extra question, he would have chosen to ask this one without hesitation.

Group Customer Service: "Within these seven worlds, any power brought into another world will automatically be converted to follow that world's rules. However, since the worlds have different power levels, the conversion rate will also differ."
Group Customer Service: "For example, the strongest person in a low-martial world might not even be able to beat a street thug after arriving in a high-martial world and having their powers converted."
Group Customer Service: "Special notice: If an invited resident refuses the group owner's invitation, the group owner may turn that resident's world into an 'open world' controlled by the Chat Group. Members of the Chat Group will be free to exploit and use the resources there, and the group owner will receive a share of the profits at regular intervals. This share will be settled in points."

Reading this, Qian Xunji was glad he hadn't refused the Chat Group's invitation. He couldn't help feeling excited, too.
He had finally found another way to earn points besides completing missions and uploading memory copies and resources—and one that would practically let him reap the rewards without lifting a finger.
Of course, he wasn't a villain!
He wouldn't deliberately sabotage a group member just to earn points, then force their world to become an open world—or resort to any other unscrupulous methods.
