Sean had been powerful before, but he was still a Lowgod. Given the circumstances at the time, everyone had needed to rely on one another.
So they had continued to call one another by name. Only those who had become gods by refining the Godheads Sean gave them had taken to calling him "Lord."
But things were different now. Sean had advanced to a Middlegod, and had easily killed the two other Middlegods who had come to attack.
Even if their group joined forces, they wouldn't be a match for Sean. Given the gap in their levels, even the former strongest person in the Radiant Church had to address him as "Lord."
"Those three who escaped will probably flee deep into the South Sea, or even go to the Higher Planes. There's no need to waste time looking for them. Hurry and unify the entire Zhongyuan Continent. No other sects are to remain. From today onward, only the Radiant Church will be allowed to exist on the Zhongyuan Continent," Sean ordered.
A Middlegod's divine sense could cover a hundred thousand miles, but a Material Plane spanned roughly a hundred million miles, and the South Sea made up most of it. Finding someone in such a vast area wasn't impossible; if they were willing to spend hundreds or thousands of years, they might manage it.
But there was no need. It wasn't worth wasting time over three mere Lowgods. And if they went straight to the Higher Planes, they would be impossible to find.
"Yes. Now that Patrick is gone, we can act in person," Mi Piaozheng said with a smile.
"Good. I need to go into seclusion. Notify me once you've unified the continent. Also, so many people died here—we'll need to make proper arrangements for them." Sean looked over the chaotic battlefield in Qingyue City and listened to the cries of countless people.
Since Patrick and Jialuoke had launched a sneak attack, they couldn't have avoided the ordinary people. Those people might not have been their targets, but the energy unleashed by Middlegods could easily kill Saint-level experts. An attack like that in a densely populated city was bound to cause devastating casualties.
At that moment, countless Radiant Church priests were desperately using Light, Life, and Water Magic to save the wounded. But there was nothing they could do for those who had already died.
"Don't worry, Lord Sean. We'll soon perform a miracle with restorative magic and heal everyone. We'll do it in your name, too," said a Lowgod who practiced Life Magic.
"Good." Sean nodded. Then, with a flicker, he vanished. He left Qingyue City and hurried toward the Miniature Plane Space, which he hadn't visited in many years.
A Middlegod was incredibly fast in a Material Plane. Before long, Sean arrived at the Kahali Desert.
By then, many more magicite crystals had appeared around the Miniature Plane Space. The largest were even at level nine. Fortunately, Sean had deliberately chosen a spot deep beneath the desert. Otherwise, it might have been discovered over time.
After collecting all the magicite crystals, Sean quickly entered the Miniature Plane Space and prepared to communicate with the Coiling Dragon novel in his mind.
There were simply too many valuable things in the Coiling Dragon novel that had appeared before Linley became a Highgod. Sean had refrained from manifesting them outside mainly because he was worried that if this plane really did have a Highgod, that person might discover something strange about him. Still, the possibility was extremely remote.
Now that he had become a Middlegod, he could manifest the treasures that had appeared before Linley became a Highgod.
But he didn't rush. Instead, he spent some time reading through the book in his mind once more, all the way to the point where Linley became a Highgod, to make sure he hadn't missed anything valuable.
"Soul Stone, manifest." Sean gave the command to the book. At once, space rippled in front of him, and a black stone appeared, hovering in the air.
Sean immediately dripped a drop of blood onto it. After absorbing his blood, the Soul Stone slowly sank into his head, deep into his soul. It appeared directly above his soul, and streams of soul power joined it with his soul.
Sean could also sense the tremendous energy contained within the Soul Stone.
But unlike Linley, he didn't sense any method for setting up Gravity Space. In fact, aside from his soul seeming a little stronger, the Soul Stone was otherwise useless to him.
"It seems that without an initial understanding of Bauhinia Space, I can't use the Soul Stone's tremendous power." Sean could more or less guess why. He had considered that possibility long ago.
Linley had been trapped by Leisjing in the Zijing Mountain Range for five hundred years. It hadn't been a prison sentence. At the Sovereign of Bauhinia's command, Leisjing had been teaching Linley to comprehend Bauhinia Space, intending to give him the Soul Stone once he had made some initial progress.
Leisjing had originally given Linley ten thousand years, but Linley's talent was so high that he'd gained an initial understanding of it in just five hundred.
But now Sean had only obtained the Soul Stone; he had nothing else. He couldn't manifest the way Leisjing used Gravity Space to crush Linley.
Linley had also learned his ultimate move from the positions of the 108 spikes on Leisjing's true form. Sean couldn't manifest a living Amethyst Divine Beast, either, so he had no way of learning how the 108 spikes were arranged.
In short, he had obtained a treasure but couldn't use it.
Still, having it was better than not. He could study it slowly.
Even if he couldn't wield power on Leisjing's level, being able to use a tenth of it would already make the Soul Stone a powerful weapon.
Especially since, as long as he continued to consume Godheads in the future, his body would become much tougher than either an Amethyst Divine Beast's or Linley's. And that was without even counting his Innate Divine Ability after becoming a Highgod.
Setting the Soul Stone aside, he then manifested several other valuable treasures in succession.
The second most valuable items were eight drops of Sovereign's Might. The first was a drop of Destruction Sovereign Power, which came from Bebe's maternal uncle, along with all the wealth of the Boyi family.
Three drops came from Gaisresen. He had given Linley three drops of Sovereign's Might in total: two of the Water Attribute and one of the Earth Attribute.
Three drops came from the Eight Great Clans. They had been bestowed upon several elders to help them attack Linley: one drop of Life Sovereign Power, one of Death Sovereign Power, and one of Fate Sovereign Power.
One drop was the Life Sovereign Power Beirut had once brought out to save Delia.
The third most valuable treasure was, naturally, the countless Amethysts in the Zijing Mountain Range. Sean manifested them directly into his Spatial Ring. He hadn't counted them, but there were enough to strengthen his soul.
Fourth was a pile of Spatial Rings belonging to many god-level experts who had died, especially the Seven-Star Fiend Aliquen.
Sean even took the time to open Aliquen's two Spatial Rings. Inside were large quantities of Inkstones, Divine Crystals, Death God Puppets, and more. This Seven-Star Fiend, who was shameless enough to become a bandit and cautious to a fault, had amassed more wealth than anyone except perhaps the great clans of Hell.
