The next moment, dozens of figures appeared at once and stepped out of the arrays.

As the Sovereigns emerged from the arrays, Huosi was the first to greet them.

The Death Sovereign looked at Huosi in surprise. Though Huosi had indeed built a Blue Star City, no one had expected an Overgod to create a Blue Star Plane.
And it was a newly born plane—the twelfth Divine Plane to appear since the birth of heaven and earth.
