Lehman didn't know what a "lottery" was, but he understood that this was an incredible coincidence.

The largest populations of Aasimar and Tieflings were in Mulhorand and Unther. God-Demon Scions might be rare, but that didn't matter when there were so many opportunities for them to be born.
