"All refusals and avoidance now are only because the feelings aren't there yet."
Minato listened from the side as Lord Torifu, this "master of emotions," spun his nonsense, and for a moment he was a little stunned.
Weren't they supposed to make those two split up as soon as possible? What did Big Brother mean by this? Why did it feel like he had pushed them back together?
That would not do! If Xinyu married out of Konoha, who was going to help him with all the village paperwork?
After Arashi heard what Lord Torifu said, he sank into deep thought.
He did admit that the current relationship between him and Xinyu existed partly because of novelty.
And since he had only just arrived, with no sense of belonging or security in Konoha, it had been very easy for him to grow dependent on someone.
It seemed Xinyu was that person.
But now, he had already grown used to life in Konoha, and he no longer felt insecure.
Then over the next two months, would the relationship between him and Xinyu change in some way?
Arashi scratched his hair. He truly did not know.
If possible, he did not want his relationship with Xinyu to become completely stiff because of this matter.
If they could keep being friends, that would naturally be for the best.
"All right, don't overthink it. Maybe Xinyu didn't take it seriously at all. Once you two are working, maybe things will still be the same as before."
Only after hearing Lord Torifu say that did Arashi realize he truly did not understand Xinyu at all.
In his current state, talking about taking things further was honestly a little laughable.
He had not even made any effort, yet he was thinking of getting something for nothing.
