Torifu slowly lowered the lake. Though he was extremely careful, he still sent enormous waves surging across the water.
But with the Truth-Seeking Orb protecting him, the spray couldn't even dampen Torifu's clothes.
With a wave of his hand, Torifu calmed the lake, then prepared to head back to the village.
He'd completed today's mission perfectly. He'd also reached Six Paths Level without paying any price at all. The breakthrough had come with ease.
"After resting for a day or two, I'll go check out that valley on the map and see what's there."
Now that Torifu had reached Six Paths Level, his speed was astonishing. Before the water falling from the sky had even settled, he was already above Konoha.
"It took only the blink of an eye. As expected, this is incredible."
Torifu's appearance hadn't changed at all, but inwardly, he'd undergone a complete transformation.
He could destroy a major village with barely a gesture, and it wouldn't even take much effort.
He descended slowly from the sky and returned to the Yunzhong Clan Grounds.
As soon as he landed, a white figure rushed over and hugged him.
Torifu smiled and patted Haoyuan's head. "Good boy, have you been having fun at Grandpa's these past few days?"
Haoyuan let go of Torifu and nodded. "Yes! It's just a little boring with Mom and Dad away, but Big Sister Aika played with me!"
The boy didn't look unhappy at all. Aika must have put a lot of effort into keeping him entertained these past few days.
Next time Torifu visited the Uchiha Clan Grounds, he'd have to bring her a gift.
