Someone had already given it a quick clean, so it was ready to live in.
"This is the guest room. Nagato, you can stay here for now and take it easy. When you feel like going back, we can talk about it then. There's a lot Konoha can teach you."
Nagato nodded. "That's right. We've left the village in the hands of trusted people, so we're not worried. We came here to learn some advanced techniques and see what the Land of Rain is like in this world."
Yahiko and Konan smiled. "It's developed far better than your Land of Rain! Once you've recovered tomorrow or the day after, we'll take you around. I guarantee you'll both be stunned."
He made it sound so incredible that Nagato and Otherworld Konan couldn't help feeling curious.
"Didn't three countries carve up the Land of Rain after Hanzo's defeat? Even so, is it still better off than the place we govern?"
Otherworld Konan was curious, and Yahiko was more than happy to answer.
"Even though it was carved up, Konoha has always taken the lead. Amegakure was at the center of the division, so we turned it into Central City. Guests from all three countries come and go in droves, and the city has flourished."
"We also made use of the Land of Rain's unique landscape. We renovated its lakes, big and small, and turned them into fish farms. The profits each year are astonishing."
Nagato and Otherworld Konan were puzzled. The Land of Rain had plenty of lakes, but it rained all year round, and many of the lakes were connected. How could anyone raise fish in them?
Besides, because of the rain, nobody
