Otherworld Konan told her about her childhood: how she had survived by adventuring with Yahiko and Nagato and stealing food from others.
By comparison, Yahiko and Konan had been much luckier. They had arrived at the Yunzhong Clan Grounds when they were six.
And now, they had become inseparable members of the Kumonaka Clan.
Their master, Mistress, and senior brother had all taken great care of them, and their strength had improved by leaps and bounds. Yahiko and Konan had gained everything that ninja longed for.
"I really envy you," Otherworld Konan said, sorrow in her eyes.
If they had been able to live in this world too, would things have turned out differently?
