The Illusory Door embedded in the wall, with the outlines of the bricks beneath it still visible, rippled with ghostly blue waves.
Then Cyril and Klein, in his Spirit Body state, emerged from behind the "door."
Klein looked around the empty museum and asked curiously,
"We just walked in like this. Shouldn't we be worried about traps?"
Cyril shook his head slightly. "No need to worry. We've already walked into the trap."
Klein: ...
Taking a deep breath, he said seriously, "I'm not joking."
"Neither am I." Cyril shrugged.
"We're currently inside a special Mirror World created by a Sealed Artifact, one that only affects Beyonders."
"The only thing I find strange is that this is a Sealed Artifact belonging to the Church of Evernight. I don't know why the Church of Steam would take it out and use it."
As he spoke, he raised his hand and snapped his fingers. Snap!
With the crisp sound, the entire first floor of the museum was lit up by dazzling white light. It was as bright as a sunny noon beneath the blazing sun, making it hard to keep one's eyes open.
This was the "Flash" trick, its brightness deliberately reduced and its duration and range increased by Cyril.
Under the bright light, Klein's Spirit Body looked even more transparent. He warily glanced around and asked, "What exactly are you planning to do?"
Cyril pointed ahead. "We just go and take the item. I've temporarily taken control of this Sealed Artifact, so it's now our exclusive VIP passage."
After a moment of silence, Klein pressed, "We're in a special Mirror World. Can we still touch the exhibits in the real world?"
Cyril answered unconcernedly, "I just need to open a 'door.' Did you forget that I'm an Apprentice?"
"Enough talk. Hurry up.
