After the White Agate docked at the pier, the sparse passengers began carrying suitcases of all sizes toward the deck.

As several sailors worked together to lower the gangway, the previously orderly passengers instantly crowded toward it.

As if a bloody incident were taking place aboard the ship, they were desperate to disembark.

Danitz and Klein trailed at the very back of the crowd. Danitz clicked his tongue. "What a bunch of cowards."

"By the way, where's that guy? Isn't he getting off, or did he oversleep?"

"Why don't you show some concern for your companion?"

Maintaining Gehrman's cold demeanor, Klein shot him a sidelong glance. "None of your business."

Danitz pursed his lips and gave an awkward dry laugh. Subconsciously looking around to distract himself, he happened to spot Elland at the bow, discussing something with several imposing passengers while facing their direction.

After withdrawing his gaze, he silently shifted from Gehrman Sparrow's right side to his left.

Klein glanced at him without speaking, then silently followed the crowd off the ship.

On the pier, the feeling of being watched from behind vanished, and Danitz let out a long breath.

Phew~

"Those Mandated Punishers hiding their identities didn't see through my disguise, did they?"

"It must have been that bastard Elland who leaked the information!"

Klein suddenly interrupted his muttering. "You're free."

"Huh?" Danitz failed to react for a moment.

"Aren't you going to trade my head for that 3,000-pound bounty?"

At some point, Cyril had leaned close to his ear and said gloomily, "Or perhaps he intends to fatten you up before slaughtering you. That way, he can earn even more."

The sudden voice at his ear made Danitz shudder, but he quickly came to his senses and glared at him. "Damn it, when did you show up?"
