Klein nodded slightly, somewhat tempted by Cyril's suggestion. He was very curious about the Book World Cyril had mentioned.
...Perhaps I won't need to ask on my own. Edwina might come invite me when the time comes. After all, letting someone as powerful and unfamiliar as me remain on the ship is quite dangerous.
But that injured messenger... could it be the unfamiliar Angel Mr. Azik mentioned?
Klein instinctively felt that guess was rather absurd, but when he recalled how that bizarre posture the other party had displayed earlier had nearly made him explode above the Gray Fog again, it somehow seemed reasonable.
I'm not jealous... really!
I should prepare to summon my own messenger too. Even if it isn't an Angel, a Demigod would do. If that doesn't work, I can accept Sequence 5 too.
After a pause, his gaze swept over Cyril and Edwina, who was giving the pirates their morning lesson.
Summoning a messenger aboard the Golden Dream was a good choice. If anything went wrong, there would be two powerful Beyonders to help resolve it.
Although he felt that, judging by Red Light Aiur Moria's attitude, the odds of an accident occurring when he summoned a messenger were low, he could not rule out the possibility of summoning one of those irrational Spirit World creatures.
As he pondered, Cyril stepped forward and patted his shoulder. "Going to eat? The food on the Golden Dream is excellent, even better than at most famous restaurants at sea."
Does that make sense?
Klein subconsciously glanced at the pirates taking their morning lesson nearby... Being pirates was probably the least important and least respectable side job they had.
I remember the Golden Dream's first mate is known as the Gourmet at sea. Maybe that has something to do with it?
