Aizen explained the Seven Gods Plan and revealed that he had manipulated events to make Wu Biao threaten the organization into awakening its six sleeping gods. As the captains cornered him, Aizen escaped by switching places with Mei Hua, leaving Urahara Kisuke furious.
Wu Biao encountered a group of powerful enemies who mistook him for a Gotei 13 member and attacked him. He wiped them out with one punch, then met the arriving Gotei 13 captains, who questioned a surviving man he had caught.
Aizen and Ichimaru Gin discussed the organization's turmoil and agreed to begin the next phase of their plan. At the underground base, a captive warned the Soul Reapers that six frozen Gods could awaken together and destroy the planet, while Urahara Kisuke sought another way to respond.
City T was transferred to safety as the Kido Corps prepared to guard the underground base. In a remote laboratory, six gods awakened and learned that the Gotei 13 had taken the Seventh’s divine power; meanwhile, Son Gohan prepared to join the fight after hearing that Goku would go too.
Son Gohan gathered Piccolo and Vegeta to travel to another world, while Wu Biao recruited Saitama to help fight six gods. As powerful figures assembled to face the approaching auras, Gilgamesh and three Marines arrived, and Hitsugaya greeted Aokiji as his little brother.
Revolution forces attacked City T, and Yamamoto opened the battle by annihilating nearly four hundred enemies with his Bankai. The remaining fighters split into four fronts as the war began.
Kenpachi Zaraki charged into battle and met Hu Yu and Ye Lü, while Hitsugaya Tōshirō and Aokiji froze another region of the battlefield. The chapter left Zaraki charging at the brothers as Tōshirō gathered the ice and moisture Aokiji had created.
Hitsugaya Tōshirō and Aokiji froze most of the enemy fighters, but a lightning-wielding middle-aged man escaped the ice and badly startled Aokiji. As more combatants emerged, Shunsui Kyoraku and Ukitake Jushiro joined the fight while Hitsugaya continued battling the lightning user in the sky.
The six gods began intervening in the battle when Brock descended toward Aya, but Saitama arrived and sent him flying with one punch. Wu Biao then appeared with Genos and prepared to face the remaining gods as Brock unleashed his pressure on the battlefield.
Goku, Vegeta, Son Gohan, and Piccolo arrived to join the battle, but Vegeta was quickly overwhelmed by Brock and Saitama proved to be a formidable opponent. After Vegeta struck Brock from behind, he and Saitama argued over who would fight the enemies.
The six gods confronted Wu Biao’s group, and Piccolo suggested they each take an opponent and fight. The battle began across City T, with Wu Biao facing Sweet as the other fighters engaged their chosen opponents.
Vegeta killed Brock with a Final Flash, but Saitama interrupted the attack and began fighting Vegeta. The other fighters finished off their opponents or fled, while Goku followed Son Gohan as he chased Drac out of City T.
Son Gohan stopped Drac from taking Aya hostage, then the battle’s survivors fought among themselves and wrecked City T. Wu Biao continued pursuing battles across worlds, while Genos asked Dr. Kuseno to change his hairstyle to boost his strength.
The author reflected on finishing Shinigami's Madman and said goodbye to Brother Biao, imagining the adventures he might still have in other worlds. Xiao Jiao announced his new all-anime crossover novel, I Really Don't Want to Transmigrate, and asked readers to support it.
