Upload it and then go, ... then go to sleep...

"Things have been getting more and more boring lately!"

Wu Biao lay sprawled over the clinic counter, muttering listlessly to himself. The more Hollows he killed, the more he realized that those monsters posed no threat to him at all. He could usually take one out with a single punch.

Now he could only hope to find an opponent who could make him fight with everything he had. That was what you called a real battle. There was no fun in one-sided domination.

"Hm?"

Wu Biao suddenly lifted his head and sniffed. Excitement lit up his face. "So many of them! There's bound to be a strong one among them!" As he spoke, he got up and rushed out of the clinic, but came to an abrupt stop at the door.

"The boss isn't home. What'll happen to the clinic if I leave?" Wu Biao scratched his head, conflicted.

"Brother Biao, go ahead without worry!"

A thin little voice reached Wu Biao's ears. He looked up and immediately brightened. "Yuichi! Hahaha, how could I forget you? I'll leave the clinic in your hands!"

Yuichi stood on the perch specially designed for him and bobbed his parrot head. "Leave it to me, Brother Biao!"

"Okay. I'll bring you something tasty when I get back."

With that, Wu Biao dashed off.

He had barely run out of the house when a black hole appeared above him. A Bat Hollow emerged from it, its gaze fixed directly on Wu Biao below.

"Come right to me, did you?" Brother Biao's grin was more savage than the Hollow in the sky, making the charging monster shiver. It wondered why the idiot below was grinning so terrifyingly.

"Roar—" But it didn't slow its dive. It had been away from the Human World for so long, and had run into a human as soon as it came out. This human seemed able to see it, too, which meant he must have a high spiritual constitution. He would definitely taste delicious.

"Tch, another weakling!"

Even without fighting it, Wu Biao could tell from the Bat Hollow's speed and the way it couldn't take its eyes off its food that it was the kind of little fry he could knock out in one punch.

The diving Bat Hollow had no idea it had already been written off as a weakling. It eagerly opened its mouth and lunged down to bite Wu Biao, already imagining what would happen next: it would sink its teeth into the human.

Then blood would spray, and the meat would taste like chicken, with a satisfying crunch.

But it was imagining things. Wu Biao vanished in the blink of an eye, and the Bat Hollow bit straight into the ground, its mouthful of dirt.

"Where'd the human go?" the Bat Hollow wondered. Before it could even look up, a large hand pressed down on its head, pinning it firmly to the ground.

Only then did the Hollow notice Wu Biao in front of it. But the terrifying force on its head left it unable to move at all. No matter how stupid it was, it could tell it had run into someone far out of its league.

"Tell me, if you're this weak, why'd you even come out?" Wu Biao said, deeply dissatisfied.

Then he unleashed a smooth, vigorous series of street-fighting moves. Not a single blow landed on the Bat Hollow's mask; every one of them struck its... teeth. He cursed as he beat it. "You ugly bastard, coming out to mess with me! Brother Biao'll knock every last tooth out of your head, you hear me?"

A bizarre scene unfolded in the middle of the street: a young man in a white coat had one hand pressed against empty air and was punching at empty air with the other, all while cursing under his breath. Passersby hurriedly gave him a wide berth.

Someone could be heard calling on the phone from far away. "Hello, Sixth Hospital? There's someone here who looks like he escaped from your hospital..."

Never mind why there was such a famous "Sixth Hospital" here. As for Brother Biao, he had beaten every last tooth out of the poor Bat Hollow's mouth.

The Bat Hollow was suffering terribly. Do you know how hard it is for me to come out? I finally got to tag along with all these Hollows and see what was going on, only to run into a lunatic the moment I came out—and a powerful lunatic, at that.

The one thing the Bat Hollow wanted to say most was: Sir, please just give me a quick death. You've beaten my teeth into dust. I can't even find them scattered on the ground anymore...

At last, Wu Biao ran out of teeth to hit. He yawned, looking bored. "So boring. If all the ones coming out are weaklings like you, Brother Biao has no interest in hunting them down!"

The Bat Hollow was practically in tears. You know it's boring, yet you still beat every last tooth out of my mouth.

"Mom, that big brother's talking to the air."

"Don't look. He's crazy."

Just then, a mother and daughter walked past Wu Biao, leading a dog. As soon as he looked over, his eyes shone with excitement, as if he were a monkey who'd been sealed away for five hundred years. He was so thrilled he might as well have shouted, "Five hundred years!"

The look on his face made the mother's expression change dramatically. Is this kid about to...? Then her gaze fell on Wu Biao's face. She nodded to herself. "He's pretty handsome, and he looks strong, too. I should've brought my daughter out sooner."

The middle-aged woman, who was even more beautiful than Hua, walked away with her daughter, looking back every few steps, her face full of disappointment and reluctance.

Of course... Brother Biao's tastes weren't that extreme. The one he was looking at with shining eyes wasn't the hideously ugly woman, but the dog she was leading by the hand!

Brother Biao made his signature move... He stroked his chin and nodded. "I've suddenly got an idea."

Ten minutes later, Brother Biao had somehow gotten hold of a huge bundle of hemp rope and cut it into five-meter lengths.

He tied one end around the Hollow's neck and held the other in his hand. Then he slung the rest of the rope over his shoulder... and began proudly taking his Hollow for a walk down the street. Well, not a walk with a dog—a walk with a Hollow!

The Bat Hollow had surrendered to Brother Biao's violence and been honorably given the name "Wangcai."

"Wangcai, hurry up and take a piss. Let me see!"

"..." I can't do that!

"Damn, you can't even pee. What use are you?"

The man and Hollow searched the streets for more Hollows as they trained.

By the time they found the second Hollow, the Bat Hollow had already been trained. From bowing and rolling over to the advanced skill of speaking, it had mastered everything perfectly.

The second one was a Wolf Hollow. The moment it appeared, it bared its teeth and snarled at Brother Biao. Naturally, Brother Biao beat every last tooth out of its mouth. After all, it was a large vicious dog... Hollow. It wouldn't do if it bit someone.

Didn't the news always report cases where people took their dogs for walks, got bitten, and had to pay compensation? So Brother Biao, who'd been poor all his life, was determined to make sure his pets never bit anyone.

He cut off another length of rope and looped it around the Wolf Hollow's neck. After Wangcai came "Fugui"...

Then he got hooked on the game and caught nearly thirty Hollows in a row, putting ropes around each of their necks.

When he ran out of the nearly 200 meters of hemp rope he'd borrowed from the construction site next door, Brother Biao came up with another great idea.

He braided the tangled rope ends into a huge hammock, then climbed in and let the Hollows fly him through the sky. He lay back in the hammock, smoking and humming a little tune, having the time of his life.

"Nezumi, Nezumi, I love you, just like you damn well love rice..."
