The "coup" that had taken place in Asgard was clearly not something Oaks needed to worry about right now.

Thor had destroyed the Bifrost with his own hands. Without the Space Stone, they had no way to repair it.

Asgard had entered a time of war. The destruction of the Bifrost had severed the Nine Realms from one another, plunging its various vassal states into internal strife or exposing them to the ambitions of outside enemies. That alone would give them headaches for a long time.
