"You've kept us waiting."
Jeff's voice rang out from Colonel Yuri's Titan armor.
"I have good news for everyone. Just moments ago, I completed a certain arrangement."
Azu's lips curled slightly as he asked, merely enjoying the show, "What arrangement?"
"That's a good question."
The Titan armor turned to face Arnold. "But before I answer that, why not have Mr. Arnold tell us about the Geological Disaster Weapon?"
Hearing this, Arnold's eyes went wide. He cried out as if he could not believe his ears, "The Geological Disaster Weapon?"
"You mean the Earth Shaker Project?"
"Wasn't that project already shelved?"
The Titan armor nodded. "It was shelved, yes. But before you declared the project terminated, the Earth Shaker prototype had already been built. It simply had never seen any practical use."
"But tonight, I took it out of my private collection room in the research and development building."
The Titan armor turned toward the guests in the hall again. "The Earth Shaker is a Geological Disaster Weapon. It can simulate earthquakes, using shockwaves to cause violent tectonic movements in a designated area."
"Simply put, I have already deployed the Earth Shaker on Manhattan Island."
"Reporters present, aren't you going to cover this?"
"Now, point your cameras at me."

In downtown New York, the giant screens atop the skyscrapers suddenly switched to a new feed. Colonel Yuri's Titan armor appeared on camera.
Then a synthesized electronic voice sounded from within the armor.
"Citizens of New York, esteemed members of the Federation, good evening."
"You may call me Mr. Z."
"Come, turn the camera around and put everyone in the hall on television."
