A day at Shrek Academy.
Running in the morning, classes in the afternoon, then back to the dorm in the evening.
There wasn't much to be gained from it. It was more of a relaxing experience.

He reached out and put an arm around her waist, turning to face her. He looked at Tang Ya's alluring face and her weary yet contented smile.
As expected of his woman. He thought that with a smile, then raised a hand to smooth the stray hairs stuck beside her ear.
