Initial Clash with Zhuge Linghao

On the first day of school, Ryuen accepts Zhuge’s invitation to a secluded wasteland for a fight. He tests Zhuge’s strength, withstands his kick, and is left dissatisfied when Zhuge ends the confrontation after noticing an observer. Ryuen then turns his anger on Heigui. 5

Pressure on Class D

Ryuen establishes himself as a threat to Class D by mocking Sudo, warning that he will target the class after the midterms, and using Class C students to provoke incidents. His group harasses Shiina in the library, leading to another confrontation with Zhuge. 15 21

The Assault Case and Disciplinary Hearing

Ryuen orders Ishizaki’s group to carry out “Plan A” against Sudo and Zhuge, intending to have them reported for violent assault after the confrontation. 27 He later exposes Class D’s false surveillance-camera setup and threatens Zhuge with expulsion. 33

When Zhuge produces recorded evidence and creates uncertainty over the number of potential expulsions, Ryuen attempts to withdraw the complaint to protect his own subordinates. 35 Zhuge subsequently uses Ryuen’s recorded threat and their bet to force a transfer of 600,000 points. 36

Cruise Ship and Island Special Exam

Ryuen continues to antagonize Horikita and Zhuge aboard the cruise ship, while his treatment of Ibuki causes visible fractures within Class C. 44 During the island exam, he meets secretly with Katsuragi and later tells Zhuge that Class C is pursuing a zero-point strategy. 45 48
