Medusa rules the Snake-People Tribe from Snake-Person City in the Tagor Desert. She is deeply protective of her tribe and regards its continued development and safety as her foremost responsibility. Before Gu Shenge's arrival, she maintains a private island within the Divine Temple complex, where a cold pool formed from nine fourth-tier ice-attribute magic cores helps accommodate her cold-blooded nature 1 4.

When Gu Shenge suddenly falls onto her island unconscious, Medusa attacks him as an intruder. His system's passive tenfold counterattack reflects her own Dou Qi at Dou Ancestor-level force, seriously injuring her and leaving uncontrollable Dou Qi raging through her body 1 2.
