The ship looked more like a flattened tin can, drifting crookedly through the stars. Its hull was damaged in several places, and sparks were still bursting from inside.

He spotted monsters resembling Xenomorphs.

Ian returned to his ship.

"Any response on the comms?" Ian asked.

"No. Only an automated distress signal on loop. The language is English, but the accent is strange. Shall I play it?"

Ian looked at the damaged ship on the screen and fell silent for a second. Then his eyes lit up. "Good, good, good! My super vision tells me they're Xenomorphs inside, and you've confirmed my guess."

Black Box heard the excitement in his tone and went quiet for a moment. "Xenomorphs—you want to do what?"

"My God Kingdom, how should I put it, is currently under construction," Ian said, the corner of his mouth curving up.

"It's still missing a little ecological diversity."

"Uh—you're not serious, are you?"
