Uchiha Tamaharu watched as the system's population requirement was finally met and breathed a sigh of relief.
Three whole years had passed since he'd transferred people from the two worlds.
He could have transferred people from both worlds directly and reached the target at once, but that would have left the Ninja World and the One Piece World empty.
Besides, not everyone liked cultivating, so Uchiha Tamaharu decided to wait. The system had given him fifty years, and only seven had passed.
The world now had over thirty million newborns, so basic education was the most important thing.
At the same time, the three worlds had joined forces to develop technology. The Living World had now almost completely recovered, and its area had expanded to twice its former size. At that point, Uchiha Tamaharu stopped.
Chaos was nearly all gone, too, leaving Aizen with little room to expand.
And Uchiha Tamaharu had gained plenty during this period of expanding the world. He felt much more adept at controlling all kinds of power.

Uchiha Tamaharu submitted the task.

"Please choose your reward."
The system's voice rang out.
Uchiha Tamaharu thought it over and decided to choose a technique.
As for bloodlines, he had a feeling that fusing with another one wouldn't go well—unless it was something like a Saiyan's, which grew stronger after taking a beating. He wasn't particularly interested in any of the others.
More importantly, once they reached the next world, he could have people like Orochimaru and Aizen help him acquire those bloodlines. He only needed to consider it if he fell too far behind.
