Uchiha Sou was currently sparring with Uchiha Shisui. Their eyes were both glowing scarlet, and their movements were incredibly fast—so fast that they were dizzying to behold.

What was even more terrifying was that amidst such high-speed confrontation, they were still able to execute various evasive maneuvers while simultaneously finding ways to cause trouble for the other.

If anyone else were to stand as their opponent, they would likely struggle to withstand such a storm of attacks, even if they were an average jonin!

Kunai clashed fiercely in mid-air, followed by a continuous, rapid-fire series of metallic ringing sounds.

Uchiha Sou's expression was incredibly serious, for he had always known that this guy, Uchiha Shisui, was truly not easy to deal with!

These were all things that needed to be done, and this guy Nara Rukawa managed to keep these matters in perfect order.

Uchiha Sou only needed to look at the final documents and then make his decisions.

This gave him a massive amount of time to engage in all kinds of training, and he even integrated his training into actual combat.

Therefore, he was the most proactive in every mission, and he would always bring Uchiha Shisui along with him.

Although Uchiha Shisui was three years younger than Uchiha Sou—only ten, nearly eleven years old now—he was, after all, a Mangekyo user.

"Captain, Mr. Rukawa is here." Shisui didn't pick up on the comment, turning his head to look at Nara Rukawa, who was standing to the side.

Uchiha Sou also turned his head to look. In truth, he had already sensed the guy when Nara Rukawa first arrived.

The sparring session from just a moment ago had not yet concluded, so he did not stop, though he was now curious to see what the matter was.

"Captain So." Seeing the two of them stop, Nara Rukawa could not help but walk over quickly. "I apologize for the interruption, but there are some matters I believe require your attention, Captain."

"There is no need to be so formal, Rukawa-kun." Uchiha Sou smiled, then took the documents and said, "Thank you for your hard work. If it weren't for all of you, I fear this place would never have reached its current state."

"You flatter me, Captain So. Without you, this place would not be what it is today," Nara Rukawa replied with a polite smile.

After a round of professional pleasantries, Uchiha Sou began to carefully review the documents, which recorded the training status of various locations.

At the same time, there was quite a bit of verified intelligence gathered through ninja reconnaissance, and he also discovered that Nara Rukawa had recorded numerous movements of the Mist Ninja.

Judging by these movements, it seemed the Mist Ninja had already begun to increase their offensive on the front lines!

"Is it starting?" Shisui said in a low voice. "The war that belongs to us?"

"Yes, it is starting." Uchiha Sou nodded. "It is time for it to begin!"

As soon as he finished speaking, a light screen visible only to him appeared before Uchiha Sou's eyes.
