Kurama Yakumo

Five days passed in no time, and the Ninja Academy went on break. It was only for two days, but it was still a holiday.

To completely fool Hiruzen Sarutobi and Shimura Danzō, Sasuke naturally planned to use the break to do some good deeds. After all, that was part of the Will of Fire, too!

After leaving all his Shadow Clones in the basement to train, Sasuke slowly walked out of the Uchiha Clan Compound.

"Uchiha... Sasuke-kun?" Kurama Yakumo noticed Sasuke's arrival, turned around, and asked him gently.

"You know me?" Sasuke was taken aback when Kurama Yakumo called him by name. After all, he was facing her now!

There was no way she could see the Uchiha Clan Crest on his back. What was going on?

"My uncle just told me you'd come over here." In response to Sasuke's question, Kurama Yakumo looked toward the woods behind her.

"Okay." Sasuke turned to look at the nearby woods. When he saw that his panel had disappeared, he could only shrug helplessly.

"Let me introduce myself. I'm Kurama Yakumo!"

As Sasuke turned back, Kurama Yakumo got up and walked toward him.

Yakumo's inner demon had only just been born and wasn't very strong yet. It hadn't bewitched her or turned her evil.

"Miss Kurama, am I bothering you?" When Sasuke saw her approaching, he wanted to leave.

Yakumo hadn't yet developed the overwhelming Genjutsu abilities she had in the original story, so Sasuke had no interest in continuing the conversation.

"Not at all. Would you stay and chat with me for a while?" Sensing that Sasuke wanted to leave, Kurama Yakumo looked a little disappointed. Since she couldn't attend the Ninja Academy, she didn't have any friends.

Sasuke had been about to leave, but Yakumo's words made him hesitate. He'd been someone who longed for friends in his previous life, too. Seeing the pleading look in her eyes, he was reminded of the lonely person he'd once been, with no one paying him any attention.
