There was no way nothing—not even a single hair—would be left behind like this.

He looked as though he had merely returned from an after-dinner stroll, not as if he had just endured an energy bombardment.

Joshua's heart instantly sank into despair.

He had no idea how this mysterious man had avoided thirty seconds of wide-area energy bombardment without suffering so much as a scratch.

But the facts were right in front of him.

His own energy had been completely drained, leaving him nearly crippled, while the other side was at full strength and brimming with vitality.

All he could say was that this mysterious man in black was truly terrifyingly powerful!
