Xiao Ling found Xiao Xuan in the Heavenly Tomb, fused the Xiao, Gu, and Dragon Phoenix bloodlines, and broke through to Dou Sheng. After the group left the tomb, Xiao Ling and Xun Er secured Gu Yuan’s blessing for their engagement, then Xiao Ling and Xiao Yan departed for the Alchemist Tower.

• Xiao Yan reached Five-star Dou Zun on the journey to the Heavenly Tomb’s second level, then stayed behind to refine Energy Cores while Xiao Ling and Xun Er entered the third level.
• Xiao Ling defeated the Blood Saber Saint and followed a resonance in his Xiao Clan bloodline to Xiao Xuan’s dwelling.
• Xiao Xuan helped Xiao Ling replace his blood and merge his Xiao Clan, Gu Clan, and Supreme Dragon Phoenix bloodlines, with Xun Er contributing most of her Gu Clan Bloodline Power.
• Xiao Ling absorbed the blood pool’s energy and broke through to Dou Sheng, then learned the Heavenly Fire Three Transformations and completed all nine Clan Mark strokes.

Xiao Ling established the Spirit Talisman Hall with Yao Chen and returned to Starfall Pavilion, where he rescued Yun Yun and the captured members from Soul Hall. He defeated Bone You Saint, seized the Soul Origin, and offered the freed Soul Light Clusters a choice between serving him and leaving.

• Xiao Ling left the Gu Clan with Xiao Yan, then visited the Pill Tower and revealed that he had taught Cao Ying and Dan Chen the Talisman Master method.
• Xiao Ling brought Yao Chen into the Pill Tower partnership, and the Little Pill Tower's First Elder approved teaching the method across the organization.
• Xiao Ling and Yao Chen established the Spirit Talisman Hall, with Xiao Ling as Hall Master and Yao Chen managing its affairs.

Xiao Ling reunited with his family and allies, founded the Heaven and Earth Alliance in Jia Ma, and brought Medusa and Qing Lin to the Nine Nether Yellow Spring. There, Qing Lin subdued the imprisoned Yao Ming, setting them up to challenge the Nine Nether Underworld Python Clan.

• Xiao Ling destroyed Hall of Souls branches, gathered souls, and strengthened his Spiritual Power before deciding to return to the Northwest Continent with Xiao Yi Xian, Qing Lin, Yun Yun, Nalan Yanran, and Ya Fei.
• Xiao Ling brought his group through a Space Passage to Jia Ma, reunited Xiao Yan with Xiao Zhan, and returned to the Xiao Family for a welcoming banquet.
• Xiao Ling proposed the Heaven and Earth Alliance, won the support of Jia Ma’s major factions, and accepted leadership as they agreed to build its headquarters in the capital.
• Xiao Ling reunited with Medusa and their daughter, Xiao Xi'er, sealed the child’s excessive power, and told Medusa about the inheritance awaiting her in the Nine Nether Yellow Spring.
• Xiao Ling left ten peak Dou Zun Heavenly Demon Puppets to protect the Xiao Clan and Snake People Race, then departed with Medusa, Xiao Yi Xian, and Qing Lin for the Nine Nether Underworld Python Clan.
• Xiao Ling led the group through the Nine Nether Yellow Spring, fought off black snake monsters, and found the imprisoned former clan leader Yao Ming chained at the bottom.
• Yao Ming explained that the First Elder and Yao Xiao Tian had betrayed and imprisoned him, and offered to serve Xiao Ling if freed.
• Xiao Ling left the decision to Qing Lin, who used her Triple Jade-Green Snake Flower Pupils to subdue Yao Ming and mark him with a three-flower seal.
