• Flender and Liu Erlong escaped the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well, while Tang San began suffering from conflict between his Twin Martial Souls.
• Yu Xiaogang sought Bibi Dong’s advice about Tang San, but refused her demand that his disciple join Spirit Hall and learned that Qian Renxue was Bibi Dong’s daughter.
• Ning Rongrong returned to the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect with an evolved Nine Treasure Glazed Tile Pagoda, and Ning Fengzhi named her Young Sect Master.
• The tournament began, and Shrek defeated Heaven Dou Royal Academy’s second team while Heavenly Demon drew attention with Hu Liena’s Charm and Di Qiu’er’s victory over Godwind Academy.

Heavenly Demon dominated the tournament before a Black Tortoise Sect plot brought the Evil God High Priest to Spirit City, where Ye Qing and the Heavenly Demon God-Slaying Halberd defeated him. After the tournament, the discovery of ancient Soul Tools led Ye Qing to learn that the ruins lay on the Sea Princess Clan’s island.

• Heavenly Demon overwhelmed Plant Academy as Xue You won all seven matches without displaying Spirit Rings, and the Ice Empress confronted Xue Qinghe before erasing her memory of the encounter.
• Xue You defeated Tang San and triggered the awakening of his Blue Silver Emperor, then the teams traveled to Spirit City for the Grand Finals.
• Bibi Dong exposed the Black Tortoise Sect brothers’ plot, and Xu Meng and Shi Da plunged Spirit City into darkness and unleashed shadow copies of its Spirit Masters.
• Dugu Bo destroyed the brothers’ Rock Black Tortoise with Xiao Qing’s venom, but Xu Meng devoured Shi Da and revealed himself as the Evil God High Priest.
• Ye Qing sent the Heavenly Demon God-Slaying Halberd against the High Priest, and the weapon wounded him before he began an early Divine Descent.
• The Evil God briefly descended and fled from Ye Qing, then Ye Qing helped the halberd kill the High Priest and end the barrier over Spirit City.
• Qian Renxue questioned Bibi Dong about her father, while Heavenly Demon defeated Spirit Hall and won the tournament championship.
• After the tournament, Xue Ye ordered Xue Qinghe to investigate newly exposed ruins, and Ye Qing learned from the Sea Princess that the ruins were on her clan’s island.

Xie Yue and Ning Rongrong became engaged, then entered a strange world to train, where they met Feng Baobao and spent decades building a life and business. The arc ended with Xie Yue joining Na Du Tong and Ning Rongrong seeking an alliance with Feng Zhenghao.

• Hui Tai Lang’s Wolf Bandits fought the joint expedition on the ancient island, but the island collapsed after Jiao Tai Lang triggered an ancient Soul Tool’s self-destruct mechanism.
• Oscar joined the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect and learned that Ning Rongrong was at the Heavenly Demon Sect, where she was expected to marry Xie Yue.
• Xie Yue and Ning Rongrong became engaged, and Ning Rongrong signed a contract allowing her to join his journey.
• Xie Yue and Ning Rongrong entered a training world, arrived in 1944, and met Feng Baobao in a village where Qi cultivation was practiced.
• Xie Yue protected the villagers from bandits, then he and Ning Rongrong left while Feng Baobao remained with Aunt Zhao and the Xu family.
• After decades apart, Feng Baobao found Xie Yue in 1992, and her return helped his stagnant Sword Intent begin to advance.
• Xie Yue joined Zhao Fangxu’s Na Du Tong, and Xu Xiang reunited Feng Baobao with Aunt Zhao and Old Xu.
• Ning Rongrong approached Feng Zhenghao and offered an alliance to expand her southern business northward.

Xie Yue and the company’s past investigations brought Zhang Chulan toward the Luo Tian Da Jiao, where old family secrets and the Feng Clan’s grudge against the Wang Clan came to a head. Quanxing attacked Longhu Mountain during the tournament, and the company’s Temporary Workers began their crackdown as Zhang Chulan learned more about his grandfather.

• In 2003, Xie Yue, Feng Baobao, and Xu Xiang found Zhang Xilin and Yang Lie mortally wounded, and Zhang Xilin entrusted Zhang Chulan’s protection to Feng Baobao before Xie Yue killed him at his request.
• In 2011, Xie Yue helped the company raid the Medicine Immortal Association, rescued the Gu Body Holy Child Chen Duo, and later taught her the Poison Core Technique so she could control her Gu Poison.
• In 2016, Feng Baobao confronted Zhang Chulan and brought him into Na Du Tong, while Xie Yue investigated Zhang Xilin’s disturbed grave and Quanxing’s involvement.
• Feng Shayan awakened her Martial Soul with Ning Rongrong’s help, and Feng Zhenghao later revealed the Feng Clan’s history with the Wang Clan and ordered her to target Wang Bing at the Luo Tian Da Jiao.
• At Longhu Mountain, Zhang Zhiwei revealed that Zhang Xilin had been Zhang Huaiyi and made Zhang Chulan qualify for the Celestial Master succession before he could learn more.
• Feng Shayan killed Wang Bing during the tournament, and Quanxing used the upheaval to attack Longhu Mountain while Zhang Chulan declined the Celestial Master Inheritance so Zhang Zhiwei could defend the mountain.
• Xie Yue stopped Berserk Lu Jin with Heart Slash: Stillness, then awakened Xia He’s Shadow Fox Martial Soul and helped her gain control over her Charm.
• As the company closed in on Quanxing, Chen Duo and Xiao Zizai joined Liao Zhong against Tu Junfang, and Xiao Zizai killed the remaining Quanxing members while Zhang Chulan and Lu Linglong watched.
