Victor graduated from high school and entered the workforce rather than continuing his education. He spent nearly a decade in Hollywood, first working on film sets and later in management. He resigned when his employer sought to transfer him to New York, because Lina's difficult pregnancy required him to remain in Los Angeles. He subsequently became the director of a local toy factory, but left after its gambling-addicted owner lost the business in Las Vegas. 13

After joining Zucker, Victor managed SpongeBob House No. 2.
