When the Tier Six avatar smashed through the surface, the cheers above Shadow City had yet to die down.
The entire ruin suddenly bulged upward.
A gigantic black hand reached out from underground, its five fingers gripping the strata on both sides before tearing outward with force. City walls, altars, and mountains of player corpses were all hurled into the sky, only to be ground into powder by the surging darkness!
The damaged Tier Six avatar rose from the fissure.
It had barely formed a humanoid outline, its body standing ten thousand meters tall. Below its chest, it was still connected to vast masses of churning black flesh. Its head had no eyes, only a vertical maw splitting from forehead to chin. When it opened, millions of players heard an ear-piercing roar at once.
The people closest to the fissure froze.
The next second, huge swaths of players bled from all seven orifices and fell in rows!
The surviving players looked up and cast detection skills.

"It really came out!"
"There are Tier Five powerhouses everywhere on this planet. This Evil God avatar has to be even higher, right?!"
"Tier Six! At least Tier Six!"

While the players were still shouting excitedly, every member of the Star Spirit Race in the sky had changed expression.
A Tier Four Star Spirit expert raised a starlight shield, trying to block the spreading darkness. The Tier Six avatar merely lifted a hand, and black light pierced through thousands of meters of sky, tearing apart the starlight shield along with the clouds behind it.
The Tier Four expert coughed up blood and plummeted from the sky.
Elder Twilight Star flashed over and caught his companion. He looked up
