Zhao Kuo is the ultrawealthy president of Dragon War Guild and one of the server’s largest spenders. He built his guild’s early strength through vast investment in equipment, materials, full-time players, and Bio-Energy rather than refined personal mechanics. His philosophy is simple: when resources are available, overwhelming firepower and supplies can solve problems that tactics alone cannot. 25 29

During the Cardia Defense Line campaign, Dragon War Guild used expensive alchemical ships and thousands of Strongly Alkaline Gallstones to neutralize a lethal acid zone, briefly taking first place in campaign contribution. Dragon War ultimately won the campaign through saturation bombardment, while Dawn Guild placed second through tactical execution. 25 26

At LV.20, Zhao Kuo became one of the first extraordinary players and committed to the Flesh Sequence. His willingness to personally hold the front line made him highly popular among Dragon War members and independent players alike. 29
