• Yao Chen helped Wu Yong refine a Tier 9 Medicinal Pill, and Wu Yong took Xiao Yan to the Ancient Clan Coming-of-Age Ceremony, where Xiao Yan defeated Gu Yao with Wu Yong’s secret assistance.
• Wu Yong learned from Gu Yuan about the missing Source Qi and the divided Ancient Emperor Cave Mansion key, then left the ceremony after securing a Heavenly Tomb slot for Xiao Yan.
• Wu Yong defeated Hun Miesheng, collected a ransom from Hun Qianmo, and offered the Hun Clan a chance to trade a Heaven-Tier Dou Technique for a copy of his Secret Art.
• Wu Yong awakened the Ancient Bodhi Tree and cultivated to Seven-Star Dou Sheng, while Gu Yuan pressed Gu Xun Er to marry Wu Yong and she insisted that she loved Xiao Yan.
• Wu Yong helped Zi Yan reunify the Ancient Void Dragon Clan, then spent a year cultivating with Zi Yan, Xiao Yi Xian, and Medusa as the latter two advanced to Dou Sheng.
• Wu Yong and the Purifying Demonic Saint’s remnant soul seized the Heavenly Flames of the experts trapped in the Demonic Flame Space, leaving Xiao Yan without his flames and raising Jiu You to Mid-Eight-Star Dou Sheng.

Wu Yong gathered the clans against Hun Tiandi, defeated the Hun Clan, and later broke through to Dou Di. The story left him returning to Jia Nan Academy to retrieve Zhu Kun as his family grew and old enemies remained a concern.

• Wu Yong left the Ancient Clan as Gu Xun Er struggled with her feelings, while Yun Yun and Nalan Yanran began rebuilding the Misty Cloud Sect under his influence.
• At the Yao Clan’s Medicine Ceremony, Wu Yong defeated Nihility Devouring Flame’s resistance, secured Yao Dan’s submission, and helped forge an alliance against the Hun Clan.
• Hun Tiandi attacked the Ancient Clan and seized captives, but Wu Yong recovered the stolen Ancient Jade and joined Gu Yuan and the allied clans for war.
• Wu Yong and Gu Yuan led the alliance against the Hun Clan, broke the Death Realm Grand Array, and forced Hun Tiandi and Nihility Devouring Flame to retreat into the Hun Realm.
• The allied army invaded the Hun Realm, where Wu Yong killed many Hun Clan experts before Hun Tiandi released the Ancient Jade and self-destructed, devastating the realm.
• After two and a half years of recovery, Wu Yong reunited with Gu Xun Er and later emerged from seclusion as a Dou Di, while Gu Xun Er and Xiao Yi Xian feared Xiao Yan might have survived.
• Wu Yong retrieved Zhu Kun from the lava world beneath Jia Nan Academy, and Zhu Kun’s reunion with Zi Yan ended with her calling herself his grandmother.
