Path to Omnipotence
"Ah! Ah! ..."
Many of Huatian Sect's older figures were nearly vomiting blood.
The Huatian Sect mountain gate was a scene of utter devastation. They discovered that many storehouses had been forcibly broken into; magical implements, magic treasures, spirit stones, even refining materials, and the spiritual medicines planted in the medicine gardens had all been swept away, seven or eight parts out of ten.
Worse still, Huatian Sect's scripture repository, the "Huatian Compilation Scripture Hall," had practically become a ruined temple. Broken jade lay everywhere, not even a complete scripture remained, and this entire repository had been destroyed.
Even if many spells and texts could be recorded anew, quite a few secret arts—including secrets never passed beyond the sect—were doomed to be lost forever.
For such a super sect, losing vast amounts of spirit stones and magical implements was nothing much, but the many great inheritance restrictions that had been destroyed, along with such a scripture repository, were their true foundation.
Seeing the shattered "Huatian Compilation Scripture Hall," many of Huatian Sect's older figures wailed and smashed their heads against the walls. The legacy their patriarchs had left behind had actually suffered such destruction.
"Huatian Sect, you brought this upon yourselves. I already gave you a chance."
But what made Huatian Sect vomit even more blood had not yet ended. Wei Suo suddenly appeared in a city midway between Sea Immortal City and the Huangtian Dao mountain gate. With thunderous methods, he killed several Huangtian Dao cultivators, then directly distributed many jade talismans and magical implements to the Rogue Cultivators around that city.
Only then did many people of Huatian Sect discover that within the shattered scripture repository, many ancient jade steles recording scriptures had vanished completely. Not even fragments remained; they had surely been swept away
