"This is bad! A huge horde of demonic beasts is closing in!"

The gaunt middle-aged priest halted his movement. Without saying a word, he stared at the place where the white ball of light and blue pillar had been unleashed.
A moment later, nearly every cultivator in North Spirit City saw a mass of white icy mist emerge in the distant sky at an astonishing speed, hurtling toward North Spirit City.
"A powerful cultivator has arrived! They have killed quite a few of the demonic beasts, so the beasts temporarily pose no great threat to the cultivators holding them back on the outskirts!"
