The author's new book has been released, though it is currently under review and should be visible by tomorrow at the latest.
The new book is titled <Douluo Peerless: I, Godzilla, Rely on Strength to Eat Soft Rice>. Using this book as a foundation and set during the era of the Peerless Tang Sect, it tells the story of Ye Ye's son, who believes his journey from trash to genius was entirely his own doing, only to later discover that his father was pulling the strings behind the scenes.
This new book features many changes from the original work. It includes multiple heroines, but I will try my best not to break up the original couples; naturally, there may be some gender-bending at times, and many new characters not found in the original will appear. The depiction of the romantic relationships between the leads will be handled properly and will not be messy. My writing style has improved significantly, and if I can secure a contract, I might even write over a million words.
The protagonist is not a transmigrator. He starts off cowardly and timid, but becomes bold and assertive after awakening his martial soul. This book will likely remain free, but I hope to secure a contract, so please show your support and help share it. Thank you!
The following is the synopsis:
The prequel, Douluo: Did I Turn Into Godzilla?, is optional reading.
Ten thousand years have passed since that great transformation. The changes from ten thousand years ago altered many things: the establishment of the Star Dou Empire gave soul beasts a "home," and the founding of the Martial Soul Tower allowed soul masters to obtain soul rings more easily without the need to hunt soul beasts, while also cementing the Martial Soul Hall as an eternal and immortal superpower.
There is also the continent's premier academy, Shrek, while the once-thriving Tang Sect has declined due to the rise of soul tools.
As new powers rise, old ones naturally fade; the original Heaven Dou Empire has split into the Heaven Soul and Heaven Spirit empires.
And behind all of this, it seems a giant claw is controlling everything.
This is the story of a young man labeled as trash who changes his fate. Only when he grows up does he realize he has a good father, and that everything in his life has already been arranged. After some "filial piety" between father and son, he gives in and decides to just slack off.
Ye Tian's three defining traits: slacking off, loving beautiful women, and eating soft rice.
However, he never expected his bloodline to be so powerful that his cultivation would skyrocket even without training, crushing the geniuses of the world.
Ye Tian: "I really don't want to work hard anymore."
The protagonist isn't literally eating soft rice; he has the strength, but chooses to eat soft rice as he gradually gives up on trying.
(Harem, no transmigration, no system, semi-invincible, stable updates)
