Many Forms

The Star Eater's Gravity Beam struck Godzilla, and one of his arms was actually blown off. The thick limb fell to the ground!

Ye Ye endured the intense pain and tried to use the Charged Particle Cannon again, but the Star Eater gave him no chance.

The Star Eater lunged forward and bit down on Godzilla. One head clamped onto his leg, another onto his remaining arm, and the last onto his back.

The Star Eater began injecting energy into Godzilla. The energy actually made the Burning Form start to fade, and then the Star Eater began absorbing it.

Ye Ye took the opportunity to use the Dorsal Ray. The Star Eater hadn't noticed, so it couldn't dodge in time, and Ye Ye's Dorsal Ray struck it.

Being hit made the Star Eater even angrier. The membranes on its wings receded, revealing golden wing frames!

The frames then fired Gravity Beams. The beams curved through the air before attacking Godzilla's back.

Ye Ye used an Electromagnetic Pulse to block some of them, but most of the Gravity Beams still struck Godzilla's back.

Godzilla's dorsal plates were actually shattered in several places, then fell away. Ye Ye felt a piercing pain. The dorsal plates were like Godzilla's bones, and having them shattered was just like having real bones broken.

The Star Eater didn't just stand by. It drove the wing frames into Godzilla's legs and abdomen.

(Just to clarify, these wing frames are the bones of its wings.)

Then the Star Eater grew another pair of wings and carried Godzilla into the sky.

Since the Star Eater wasn't affected by gravity, it could lift anything.

The Star Eater carried Godzilla to an altitude of ten thousand meters, then dropped him.

Ye Ye should have gone into free fall, but he used his flying ability and landed safely during the last stretch before reaching the ground.

The Star Eater found this strange, too.

The Star Eater: "That's not how the story goes! That's not what the script says. I've read it!"

Then the Star Eater chased after him again, trying to bite Godzilla.

Ye Ye knew he couldn't keep this up. Otherwise, he'd be done for sooner or later!

So, just as the Star Eater was about to bite him, Ye Ye shifted into his human form, brought out the Godzilla Blade, and transformed into Godzilla armor.

Godzilla's true form had been injured, but his human form was still mostly fine. However, switching back into Godzilla form would mean suffering the original injuries again.

The Star Eater looked at the tiny Ye Ye and fired a Gravity Beam.

Ye Ye could only use the Godzilla Blade to block it. The Gravity Beam struck the blade, sending Ye Ye flying into a mountain. The entire mountain shattered!

When the smoke cleared, Ye Ye's upright figure appeared once more.

But the Godzilla Blade in his hand had changed.

Cracks appeared in the blade's outer casing, and blue light began to shine from within.

The Star Eater's three heads charged up another Gravity Beam, then fired.

Ye Ye raised the Godzilla Blade and planted his feet deep into the ground, then swung it down at the Gravity Beam!

The Gravity Beam struck the Godzilla Blade, which rapidly absorbed the beam's electrical energy.

Once the Gravity Beam had passed, the Godzilla Blade shone blue again.

When the light faded, the Godzilla Blade's outer casing had completely shattered, revealing its sharp blade.

Ye Ye: "This is!"

[Ding! Congratulations, the Godzilla Blade has fully awakened! ヾ^_^]

Having absorbed too much electrical energy, the Godzilla Blade now glowed purple, and runes appeared on it!

Ye Ye: "I'll give yours back to you!"

Ye Ye stomped hard on the ground and shot into the air. A deep crater appeared beneath him.

Ye Ye swung his blade several times in midair. Several purple sword auras charged with electrical energy struck the Star Eater.

The Star Eater roared in anger. Ye Ye had actually managed to hurt it.

The Star Eater tried to attack Ye Ye, but its target was too small, and Ye Ye was so agile that it couldn't hit him at all.

Ye Ye took the opportunity to leap onto its body and stab down. The Godzilla Blade, charged with electrical energy, left a gash on the Star Eater.

The Star Eater knew this wouldn't do. The wound itself didn't affect it much, but the insult to its pride was immense.

At that moment, the Star Eater's enormous body began to disappear, transforming into a tiny humanoid figure.

Golden armor covered its entire body. It held a sword in its hand and radiated golden light.

It raised its sword and attacked Ye Ye.

Ye Ye raised his own sword, but the electrical energy stored in the Godzilla Blade had already run out.

Ye Ye used the Burning Form again and continued fighting the Star Eater.

Their swords clashed, throwing off sparks, and then they each took two steps back.

After a while, both of them had sustained some injuries, but Ye Ye was starting to fall behind.

The Star Eater no longer treated Godzilla like trash. It now regarded him as a true opponent.

Speaking in human language, the Star Eater said, "You're strong, but only a little. You've reached your limit, but I haven't. If this is all you can do, I advise you to stop resisting."

As it spoke, the Star Eater sprang into action and rapidly swung its sword at Ye Ye.

The Lightning Form had just ended, and Ye Ye couldn't react in time. The sword struck him, leaving a scar.

Ye Ye grunted, then said, "I've seen your limit, but do you really know mine?"

Ye Ye used the Ice Form, then swung his sword in a quick backhand slash.

The Star Eater was struck. Because of the ice, both its energy and body briefly stopped moving.

But that brief pause was enough for Ye Ye to do plenty.

Ye Ye instantly switched to the Burning Form and struck the Star Eater hard with his sword, sending up sparks.

Ye Ye knew he could only rely on powerful, ever-changing forms to fight the Star Eater. Otherwise, he would lose sooner or later.

As the saying went, out with the old, in with the new. Ye Ye had nothing to be precious about, so he used the Evil Form and Light Form trial cards.

In the Evil Form, Ye Ye's armor and the Godzilla Blade turned a sinister black, radiating dark, berserk power.

Taking advantage of the Star Eater's momentary hesitation, Ye Ye struck it again.

Black energy poured into the Star Eater's body, clashing with the electrical energy inside it.

Ye Ye switched to the Light Form, turning white and gold, then brought his sword down on the Star Eater.

And so, with every strike, Ye Ye switched between light and darkness, sending sparks flying each time.

Ye Ye's body began to blur, shifting between light and darkness, gradually forming a pattern.

Ye Ye sensed a special kind of energy.
