The stockpiles of supplies in the various warehouses left the pirates spoiled for choice, laid wide open before them without a single defense.
Batch after batch of energy crystals, brand-new mecha, freshly launched ships-as the pirates looted, they felt as though they were dreaming.

Even though they mostly chose weapons and equipment in high demand in the Shattered Star Region, along with small, valuable goods, they still filled their fleets' storage holds. Some cargo ships that had yet to unload were simply taken wholesale, causing the entire fleet to balloon in size.
If word had not arrived that the Locke Conglomerate's fleet was returning to relieve its territory, forcing Messiah to drag away a Red Dragon consumed by plundering fever, he would never have been willing to leave this pirate paradise.
