News of what had happened in the Ghost Waters swept through East Asia like lightning, then spread across the world. No one could believe it.
What everyone had thought would be a simple investigation into a supernatural incident had ended with warships from Neon Country and South Korea sinking after attacking each other. Neon Country had even lost two fighter jets!
As the original focus of attention, the USS Arizona had not escaped sinking either, following its predecessors to the bottom.
The sequence of events had been even more bizarre. First, Neon Country's warship had suffered a mysterious attack, then quickly gone out of control and attacked South Korea first, ultimately causing both ships to sink.
The Neon Country fighters that came to the rescue had also crashed after being attacked by what appeared to be ghostlike flying objects.
For a time, the Ghost Waters' fearsome reputation knew no bounds!
There had been quite a few witnesses, allowing the general course of events to be reconstructed.
South Korea insisted that Neon Country had attacked first and therefore had to take responsibility for its sunken warship, demanding a public apology and compensation.
But Neon Country had suffered the greatest losses and was already furious. How could it possibly agree? You sank our warship too-what about that?
And so it blamed everything on the so-called "Ghost Captain"!
"The 'Ghost Captain' did this. We're innocent victims too, so how about we stop hurting each other?
"You want compensation? Sure, go ask him!" Neon Country said.
South Korea refused to accept that. "You actually believe in something like a Ghost Captain?! You're a national government, for crying out loud. Could you stop being so superstitious?"
"Hmm... your country has no right to interfere with our freedom of belief!"

Leaving aside the two
