However, access was divided into different authorization levels depending on the content. Someone like Chen Daolin could only access a limited amount of intelligence.
Beyond that, the Eternal Divine Court could use the badges to conduct extraordinarily precise and complex command operations, even down to specific individuals. If an order needed to be issued, it could be sent directly to that member's badge through the command system.
They could also identify friend from foe, calculate military merit, enable internal military communications, provide squadmate channels, call for support and rescue, and so on.
It could be considered a simplified version of an intelligent light computer.
However, its intelligence was extremely limited, and it lacked powerful computing capabilities.
